Pathways to Success: FIA's Course Design

In this latest update, we're excited to share FIA’s comprehensive design across English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies courses for grades 9-12. Every full-credit course is based on 180 days of lessons aligned to national and Wisconsin standards, including those in both the core and elective areas. The course design supports diverse activities such as videos, games, simulations, peer interaction and interactive quizzes, ensuring engaging and dynamic learning experiences. Our courses contain varied assessments, including formative, auto-graded, and teacher-graded assessments to monitor progress and mastery. Emphasis is placed on practical application, with courses integrating real-world contexts and critical analysis to prepare students for both college and civic life.
